We strive for you to be satisfied in the products we sell, that being said, should one of our products have any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship we will work to resolve those issues in a timely manner. We generally do NOT provide refunds due to the nature of the products we offer. We will though offer refunds when products can’t be fulfilled, or we find that an individual situation is best handled in this manner. Be advised that some of our products may be "unique" or "Custom" in nature and may not be replaceable. Should that be the case, rest assured that we will correct any mistakes made on our part in custom merchandise and exhaust any options to provide exceptional customer service.
